[Help Request] - Asus CM5570

Hey everyone, I'm new to the OSx86 scene and have been trying to install Snow Leopard on my Asus CM5570 desktop for a couple weeks. I've tried several distros from iATKOS to Hazard, even Kalyway just to see if OSX even worked on my setup. Boot loaders like nawcom's ModCD and boot123 don't work. Every time I boot up the installation disc I get this kernel panic (image links below). I have AHCI mode enabled under my bios. Computer specs are:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200, 2.33GHz
Memory: 6GB
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT
Motherboard: Asus P5QL-VM EPU

[EDIT]: I also have 4.7gb versions of the retail snow leopard discs
