In addition to post install category, we should also have a successful hardware install category where user can list their
system hardware specs. where leopard is fully running. This would give would be Mac OS X users an idea of what is required
to run Leopard.

I believe we have that already, where users are posting their hardware specifications on this hardware thread (don't quite recall). Also if you visit mac.kbot.de, there are successful hardware installs there as well.
