Just wondering, since I have a slow Internet connection, are there any thing like a patch to patch the Rev. 1 ISO to a Rev. 2 ISO? or maybe some files to replace and to be put into the Rev. 1 ISO, so I don't need to download another image from scratch

No, you must download Rev.2 ISO (not released yet) but that the last time.
After that, all updates will be as ppf or installer. Mac OS X 10.6.3 • 2.8 GHz Intel Core I7 860 • ASUS P7P55D • 2 GB 2 Ghz DDR3 • ATI RADEON XFX 4890 1GB • 2 x Hitachi 160 GB Serial-ATA • PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112 • LaCie Desktop Harddrive 750 GB USB |

Thanks, another question: If I don't want to wait for the Rev. 2, how can I solve the mach kernel problem? Since I only have a SSE2 CPU (AMD Athlon 64 3400+)
