Do you need AMD Software and AMD Patcher ?

Since the release of the voodoo kernel I've stopped to work on them.
I think that there are obsolete but maybe it's a mistake.

Thus :

If you, AMD user, cannot use the voodoo kernel on your system. Please put a message here !.

Mac OS X 10.6.3 • 2.8 GHz Intel Core I7 860 • ASUS P7P55D • 2 GB 2 Ghz DDR3 • ATI RADEON XFX 4890 1GB • 2 x Hitachi 160 GB Serial-ATA • PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112 • LaCie Desktop Harddrive 750 GB USB

Well I think the Voodoo kernel is causing my ongoing mouse lag problem: http://www.infinitemac.com/f5/mouse-...ppiness-t2170/

I'll have a working system one boot then if I restart and log back in my monitor shows no signal then I see the mouse for a second on a blue background then that screen goes away then I get to the desktop and my mouse is jumpy and sluggish. Booting cpus=1 or fsb= doesn't work.

So ya I could use it. iDeneb 1.3 is the only distro that worked for me. and I think that's because there was another kernel for AMD users.
