Problem with 10.6.4
On an Asus P5E Vanilla with patched DSDT the AppleYukon2 Kext fails to load after the Update. Does anybody else have this problem? I removed the Injector I have in /Extra but the problem seems to be originating from the original Apple Extension... Maybe it is the new kernel...

Everything is working fine except sound. But in 10.6.3 it didn't even find my soundcard on my MOBO so I think I will need to find a kext for it

Success update to 10.6.4 with these spec:
phenom 9850 be 770 chipset gtx 260 lan and sound working i installed SL on external usb hdd so i can use it at home n office. i'm using blacknight 10.2.0 darwin kernel(10.6.4). on intel cpu -force64 still got the error(10.6.3). before update, i can boot on intel cpu at my office, even after i delete sleepEnabler, still KP on intel. but using -force64 no KP, it just restart by itself after loading nvidia detection. at office i had gt 8500. why on 10.6.3 i can boot my hdd on intel and amd machine using blacknight 10.2.0 kernel but when update to 10.6.4 i only can boot in amd? |

I think its because you have to delete VoodooHDA.kext in System/Library/Extensions and reboot. After you have to reinstall VoodooHDA.kext with Kext Helper

Strange issue...
My pc won't find 10,6,4 upgrade... i tried lots of times but no update.
Even Safari 5, from apple's downloads don't want to install... Edit.. Resolved, time ago i changed mach_kernel's name to boot throught chameleon in 10.2 or 10.3 kernel, so now my system won't find updates. Simply added a copy of kernel with its correct name in the root and now all is working. Now go to upgrade.
