Too Much Writing to NTFS: Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X

Is there such thing as too much writing or accessing my NTFS drives via OS X?
right now i'm using Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X to write to my NTFS storage drives. I do a lot of torrent downloads, and am writing to these drives every day, pretty much half the day. Can this Paragon driver do any more harm to my HDDs than I would just writing to NTFS from Windows?

Definately Agree

I use Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X, and find that it's much better than NTFS-3G for my needs which always struggles with mounting partiions after a bad shutdown or power failure.

OS X is HDD intensive which I also noticed so your not alone
