wait, darwin is open-source right?
if darwin is open source, and apple is using it as their primary loader, why would apple sue psystar over an open-source booter? because they think apple is the only company that has the right to use the open-source booter? or maybe cuz they think psystar has that capacity to have each and every hardware manufacturer participate in their license, no more "use on this MoBo cuz apple says so" crap hahahaha! playing with mac kalyway 10.5.2. iDeneb 10.5.7 and brewing coffee.
