		 have you yourself or heard of anyone else experiencing kernel panics? I have been getting many kernel panics specifically when downloading files using transmission. I am sure that it has to with either the files download process or writing to the disk. I have disabled the screen save and power saver because I thought that was the cause but no luck.

It is for nforce 3 and 4, not 5. I got one new kext, which is better than the old one, but not 100% okay.
