Hey guys I did a search in the forum but didnt find much. My problem is that I installed both ilife 08 and iwork 08 on my Zephyroth AMD rev 1, but when I open the apps they all unexpectedly quit. All of them keynotes, pages, iphoto, imovie, etc. Garageband just forces me to restart. I did update all the software, like it said on another post on this forum but it did not work. Any suggestions on what I can do? I would really appreciate it.

Do you have Quartz Extreme & Core Image enabled? I believe that these applications don't work without.

Thanks guys! I will run Marvins Utility after I figure out how to do it. I will also check the qe+ci. Also what is applesm.bios.kext? Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it. Although I am not on my pc till tomorrow but I will let you know what happens.

you run the 2nd option
than there will be a folder call patcher
there should be a cuid text file in that folder
now you select the 3rd option
where it say cuid file put that cuid text file there
than in the folder option put the folder that you ran the 2nd option in there
run it in sim mode first too see if you get errors
if you get error look at the log file that comes up and look for the errors
than go in to the cuid text file and delete the errors
than run it again in sim mode to see if you still get errors. If no error uncheck sim mod and patch
if you have more question ask
