Ok i have a ati hd3650 and just got a 26"IIyama monitor and decided to connect my 22" aswell but the problem is it detecting the 26" as the 22" and visa versa any ideas how to swap them round. It doesnt matter which cable i have them on as soon as i connect the 22" it thinks that then is the 26"

Thats a really weird issue, unfortunately i don't have any experience with dual displays on a hackintosh. If you're currently using injectors you could try some EFI strings instead.
