iATKOS 5i on HP530 / Need Help with DSDT and Extras/Extensions folder

Hi people. I need some help with this installation.

Not working: Dual Core. Wifi.
Working: Video, LAN, Sound (Headphone ok), battery meter, speedstep.
Minor Bugs: At boot up, shows "Errors encountered during booting the computer, Waiting 5 seconds".
iTunes hangs on create or edit smart playlists.

I have a hp530 notebook, with:

CPU: Intel Core Duo 2.33 (T2700)
RAM: 2GB DDR2 at 667 Mhz
Video: Intel GMA 950 (Device ID: 0x27ae)
Sound: Intel HDA (Conexant CX20549 (Venice))
NetWork: Intel Pro 10/100 VE
Wireless: Intel 3945ABG.

I've installed iATKOS with the following configuration:

Bootloader = PC EFI v9
Decrypter= SMBIOS-EFI Air
ACPI=x86 ACPI
Disabler.kext
Remove Thermal Kexts
SATA IDE = Intel AHCI SATA
Network=Intel PRO/100 Ve.

With this setup, LAN and sound (internal speakers only) work OOB.

I've setup the cpus=1 flag in com.apple.Boot.plist. Then, i've update the system.

Now the drivers. I've downloaded a video solution (note that the Device ID of my GMA 950 is different from usual ones), from http://code.google.com/p/darwin950/, but now the webpage is offline. To solve SpeedStep i've downloaded from http://www.superhai.com/darwin.html the VoodooPower.Kext and the GenericCPUPowerManagement Application. To solve the missing battery meter, i've found a package from the web, but cannot remember from where exactly.
To install the kexts i've used the kext helper, and set the speedstep app to open at login.
With this i've got video, speedstep and battery meter working ok.

I've replaced the dsdt.aml in root, with a manually fixed one by me. Then try to enable the dual core, but has no effect. The notebook freezes at boot time if not use the cpus=1 flag.
I've use the DSDT_Patcher1.0.1e to extract the DSDT and recompile after fix it. I've read the manual for DSDT from http://foro.applesana.es/77/17682/guia-dsdt-osx86.html (sorry, is in Spanish).

Also tried to copy the kext from the drivers to the /Extras/Extensions folder, to keep it safe from the updates, but with no luck. The system hangs after the update. To copy the kexts, i've first installed, and the copy directly from /System/Library/Extensions folder, using "sudo cp -Rp" command.

I need help to follow with DSDT and the Extra folder solution. Please help me.
And if anyone know any solution to Wifi and Headphones, please let me know.
Thank you all.

Edit: I find the solution to headphones problems in this topic: http://www.infinitemac.com/f36/new-v...-driver-t2585/

Solving problems

Hi. Could you solve the wifi problem?
I really appreciate the files you shared, worked perfectly. I don't understand whats hardware.txt for? Its only a description of your laptop?
Another question. Could yo make dual boot whith windows work? Because when i try to boot from windows it says something like bootmanager error.
