PC Specification and a paste of the panic log would be very helpful.

heylo!

i'm having the same issue as Moon123

i just installed iPC's 10.5.6 FINAL with the Voodoo 9.5.0 kernel on an
Intel D845GRG Motherboard with
2.4 ghz (533mhz) Pentium 4
1 gig memory
NVIDIA GeForce 6200 256mb AGP graphics card

I got a kernel panic shortly after i started using the system.
it crashed as i was downloading Firefox in Safari.

here is a link to the picture that appeared on the screen:

hmm... really strange. First time i heard about KP when browsing in Safari. I suspect on something here, for both the cases. What i think is the option to open safe files after downloading is still checked (by defaults) and system is trying to mount downloaded image. It looks like seatbelt is from 10.5.6, from kernel panic. You should install seatbelt and system.kext from 10.5.5 to use them with 9.5.0 kernel. I just think that's the cause.

I don't have it, but you could ask somebody on the irc channels who is still on 10.5.5 to upload it for you, or just get it from the 10.5.5 Delta Update, but downloading a whole update just for one kext seems a bit exaggerated.

10.5.5 (9.5.0) seatbelt.kext is included on the iPC Install DVD.
