Upgrade to 10.5.6
I am running iATKOS v5i, with Voodoo/XNU kernel v1.0. Since more and more software (from Apple) is requiring 10.5.6, I am wondering if I can safely use the upgrade tool to go to 10.5.6.
I am running EFI_V9, and supposedly my system is upgrade-proof. But still. I now have a nicely running system and I don't want to hose it with a not so well thought out action... System does have a dsdt.aml patch, no disabler.kext present on system. You can also just edit the system version with:
sudo nano /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist edit the Version there and save with ctrl+o |

Thanks! Makes life easier than an actual upgrade.
