Boot with -v and see the problem!
Do you use DSMS or FakeSMC.
Do you have removed the unused drivers like videocard drivers you don't need?
Do you have the correct permissions?
Do you have 10.6, 10.6.1, 10.6.2

Hi, I take it iPC is a Leopard Distro but what is the name of the Snow Leopard Distro you used?

Thanks

Open a Terminal window and type:
Quote:
cp /var/log/system.log ./Desktop
Upload the file from your Desktop here, so that we might be able to see, what might cause a longer start-up time.
