NTFS issues
I've installed Hazard's SL, everything is working fine, enabled NTFS Read/Write using this method, but somethimes, I don't know how and why, my data on some of NTFS partitions just dissappears. I can see that there is used space, but there are no files or folders. What I do to get those, is to restart and boot Windows, which while is booting, does a chkdisk which recovers all the data, and when I get back to Mac, everything is there, but after some time, all dissappears again.
Anyone know how to fix the problem? And one more thing, how to get rid of those orange Disk icons? The method to which you've linked is known to be very dangerous; there are a lot of problem reports, such as yours, from people who've tried this method. The best advice is to not use it. If you need read/write NTFS support, you should instead buy Paragon's NTFS driver or use the open source NTFS-3g product.
