Ok so Im interested in FINALLY upgrading my rig.. I'm sick of how slow and ineffcient it is.. So I was looking into the P5K-VM board and I found multiple guides... But they were all retail.. So heres my questions...

1. Is there a guide using a distro? Hazard, SnowOSX, If not, then a retail install will be fine.
2. What other components will I need in edition to this board?
3. Are there any computer (pre-built) that use this mobo? And a guide?
