Success! Dell Optiplex 760 - Thanks to this forum
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who post or contributes to this forum. I was able to get a fully functional Dell Optiplex 760 by just reading and searching. It took about 3 days but I was able to do it without asking any questions.

I'm sure there is probably something that could be improved on my install but I have Sound, Video(Nvidia 9600GT) and Networking working just fine.

Check out the OSX86 wiki. Everything works except for the Intel GMA4500.
