Everything is perfect.... Except

i finally installed snow leopard on my amd system except my graphics is not working cant find any driver and stuck with 1024x768 what i need is 1600x900 can i make this work.

I have messed up... :(

i install a universal nvidia driver it installed then said to log off so i did that then i could not log back in it came up with a blue screen and it had the cursor then it suddenly went back to...
