Can I get Audio drivers to work in Safe-mode?
Or no because Safe mode isn't meant to be used that way?

No, Safe Mode only loads the necessities to load the GUI and resolve critical issues. If I may ask, why are you booting in safe mode? It would appear the you want audio because you want to work in safe mode.
