Can't go into setup screen, Raid 0,intel,ATI

I already try 2 months, still can't go into Lion setup screen. I typed parameter -f -v. It halt in the middle and shows "USBMSC Identifier(non-unique)". Under Mac Lion install drive\System\Library\Extensions there are 204 .kext folder. Should I delete some of them?

Intel core i5 750, GigaByte P55A-UD3R, ATI 5450, 4GB DDR3, WD 1TB * 2 RAID 0.

I remove all .kext folder under \system\Library\Extensions\ except
AppleACPIPlatform.kext
AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext
ApplePS2Controller.kext
AppleRAID.kext
AppleRAIDCard.kext
FakeSMC.kext
IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext
IOATAFamily.kext
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext

previous" USBMSC Identifier non-unique" msg is gone, but new error appears.
