Why would anyone sue them for modifying an open source product? (Darwin)

Amd Lion not compatible with Amd Phenom IIx4 965 BE 3.4ghz? Cannot get it to work with the distro released on the web.

I'm selling my computer on the 30th so I won't be AMD hackintoshing for long will buy a i3 and I can sleep my nights happily. I will, however, help as much as I can.

What was your boot command? Did you use a boot cd? Are you using retail or distro? Poor people use distros(I'm poor). Also, the only hackintosh's I've gotten to work are distros. Retail never seems to work for me.

Apple didn't threaten to sue - nawcom is still active on IRC. I gave the source to meklort, am going to give it to nawcom.
I'm trying to work on the kernel but Xcode is being a pain in the arse...won't compile anything, problem with xcodebuild... |

It's like that for me too, I attempted to apply the diff manually to the 10.7.0 kernel and compiling on SNOW LEOPARD caused xcodebuild issues, I am certain it needs to be done on lion... :/

Yes. I applied the diff but I can't even compile on Lion...I'm gonna reinstall the dev tools and see what I can do.
