Yup, you need the GMA900 driver from the iPC install DVD. Runs great, QE/CI + Resolution. 32bit only.

CPU: Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.6 GHz
GPU: 2x SLI Dual GTX 260 (OpenCL working)(QE+CI)
RAM: 6GB DDR3 1600MHz 7-7-7-20

AUDIO: Realtek (5.1 config)
HDD: RAID 0- 1 + 1TB HDD's | 320GB HDD
MOBO: MSI X58 Platinum SLI (Intel ICH10)

CASE: Haf 932 Full Tower Case + Red Cathodes

I have been struggling to install Snow Leopard (432) using different combinations of Chameleon 2 RC1, RC2, RC3, RC4 with Netkas PC EFI 10.1, as well as Chameleon 1.0 + EFI10, all failed with blank screen (black screen) after loading kexts - I am using a USB stick with installation image to boot. My computer has integrated GMA900 display. How do you get the GMA900 driver from the iPC install DVD? Could you please explain?

To add more, I use the same USB stick on another laptop computer to boot and it can show the boot selection GUI. Does this mean Chameleon 2 doesn't have GMA900 support for its new boot GUI ? How to walk around this?

This doesn't work for 10.6.8. It just sits there after dsmos arrived, when usually it would boot it up.

EDIT: But it did with 10.6.3 and 10.6.6

I have a P4 LGA775 / Gigabyte 8i915MD-GV machine which has GMA 900 and I have recently updated it to 10.6.8 and made it working. Here is the link I have put up a post about this:

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...owtopic=267122

To make the long story short, what I have done is to modify DSDT and when I have put back KEXTs it worked as before and on top of that finally got list of resolutions (previously fixed to 1024x768). I had a mouse cursor issue but I have resolved that and you could find the patched AppleIntelIntegratedFrameBuffer.kext in the linked page. Only use it when you also have the cursor issue.. which would make the cursor emulating fall back to software mode to bypass the issue.

Hope it helps.
