Partly working...
I have a Gigabyte GTX 275 in my 10.6.1 hackintosh.
It is running fine (with dual monitors) except that I cannot run it at the full resolution of my main display (1920x1200). If I do, clicking the application folder s in the dock and scrolling the app will generally cause a crash. (well not sure if it is really a crash, the 2 screens turn off, then I can't do anything but restart). I do not get this issue at any other resolution. I have tried EFI studio to add a string (not sure if done correctly), but it has made no difference. As the screen looks blurry in any other resolution I would really like to fix it. Any ideas greatly appreciated. |

Hi guys!!
I got an ASUS GTX275 fully working on Snow Leopard 10.6.3. [My method]: I created a EFI STRING (google is your friend) with gfxutil from Leopard 10.5.6 without vga kext installed (not on SL). I added the EFI STRING (out.hex) to com.apple.boot.plist in /Extra. Reboot. i hope this can help. Bye!! Last edited by infoteca2; 06-22-2010 at 02:29 AM. |

2 GTX 275 on SLI mode on Snow Leopard
Hi guys, GTX275 was working fine and I recently purchased a second one and plugged in on SLI. On Windows 7 is loading just fine but iatkos s3 crashes before desktop. Is there something I need to do or new enabler to install? The EFIStudio method would work?
The motherboard is Gigabyte UD3R with i7 920. Thanks alot |
