iATKOS S3 V2 and T60
Hi *,
first of all greeting to everybody, since I'm new in this forum. Last week I decided to start the installation of a iATKOS S3 V2 on my T60, but actually I'm encountering some problems. In my first tryout I installed the OS without any option and everything went right: the "only" problem was that, after the restart, the system was not able to find any keyboard. Then I started customizing the installation, adding keyboard drivers, changing boot, etc etc, but here I encountered another problem: after the first restart, I got a grey screen which is asking me to reboot the system. I do it, but after that I got always the same screen. I'm actually stuck in the installation: may somebody help me? Does anybody have a "tutorial" for iATKOS on T60? Ciao and thanks, dudemon |

Keyboard problem **solved**
Hi mates,
I was able to solve the problem with the keyboard, erasing the HDD content, performing a full installation and, in configuration option, selecting Apple Keyboard. Now, after having enabled the right graphic resolution, I'm not able to have the wireless device to work. I've tried to add the following entry: <string>pci168c,1014</string> in /System/Library/Extensions/IO80211Family.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AirPortAtheros.kext/Contents/Info.plist but AirPort Utility is not able to find any wireless device. I'm wondering why, despite the problems with the MACOS, the wireless light (at the bottom of the monitor) is turned off: may somebody help? Thanks, dudemon |
