I have been able to successfully install Snow Leopard 10.6.0. I used Nawcom's OSX86_ModCD-032311-151021 burned to DVD/DL and OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.0 Retail Install DVD used with TransMac and restored to portable HD. ModCD booted with the following kernel flags: -v busratio=8 or busratio=16 (both work).
Most of the install packages will be preselected for you based on what the modCD detects: Audio- voodooHDA, Processor- Legacy Kernel, Ethernet- Atheroslc1e, wifi- atheros wifi injector (doesn't work), Keyboard/Mouse- Apple PS/2
Both the mach_kernel and legacy_kernel work, I used the legacy kernel.
Bootloader: Chameleon V2 RC4, boot with -v busratio=8 arch=i386, you can edit the com.apple.Boot.plist after you get to the desktop.
