It doesn't actually "crash", the installation works. PPF5 is going to be out probably by the end of tonight to fix that, it's an error but not one that causes the installation to actually fail. If you boot up again without the DVD in the computer, it should take you right to the welcome video.

You can try this: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=19806
However, it's most likely that since your card is old, Apple may have finally phased out support for this card as they did to the 5x00 and some 6x00 GeForce cards. Okay, I'm a little new to this...
What are the PPF's? What is "patching" a DVD install? I've had great success with Kalyway 10.5.2., and iDeneb 10.5.5 seems okay, had a few problems with it. They've both done the job of persuading me to buy either a real Mac, or a license for Mac OS. So just wondering what all this "patching" is all about.
Thanks guys! |

crash
Hi,
my system crashes after selecting Safari. I've made a few screenshots. Look like the ethernet adapter causes the problem. How can I solve this? photo1.jpg photo2.jpg photo3.jpg photo4.jpg _____________________________________ CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3800+ Asus A8N-E RAM: 2 x 1 GB NVIDIA nForce 4 MCP NIVIDIA GeForce 6600 Realtek AC'87 audio Windows Vista USB Harddisk Lacie 250 Gb with MAC OSx86 iPC Leopard 10.5.6 |

I'm having a small issue with my install, and it could be more of an OS thing than an iPC thing, but whenever i reboot or logout, upon reentering the OS, my settings for Spaces behavior (activating on middle mouse click, switching via control+arrows keys) is randomly reset. When it happens i have to go in and reactivate the functionality. ~ Snow Leopard Retail w/Empire EFI ~ MSI X58 Platinum SLI ~ Intel Core i7 920 3.2GHz ~
