Success on a Toshiba Satellite M115-s3094,( ON A USB 8GB pen drive) seems everything is working. Didn't try wireless ralink yet(choose ralink 2500), the on board does not work, video intel 950 with qe/ci ,but, a small "glich", cable internet OK( nothing choose), sound choose Azalia, voodoo 9.5.0 kernel and "seatbelt" as I have SSE2,for keyboard-ps/2 fix, well that is it basicaly... but it is tooo... slow! but is amazing...

Thanks

At update there are -quick time,iTunes,Safari ,Ilife - is it safe?

newbie questions-forgive me!

Hi,
I have been looking for a way to do what this thread talks about, download and install for evaluation purposes only the MAC OS on my AMD Athalon 64 x2 4400 with 2 gig of RAM on an nforce 410,Gforce 6100 chipset. I have seen references to an ISO. Where can I locate the latest version of this and any relevant updates? Please forgive me if my approach is wrong on this site. Any help would be greatly helpful.

Honestly, if you dunno where to get it or how to use it, then it's not for you.

We're not allowed to tell you where to get it, either.

I do know that you can get it off of sites like pirate bay but I don't like that site as it's full of porn pop ups. As for using it, I am trying to learn. I did infact get a copy, but I am now getting the waiting for root device error on two different distros. Oh and thanks for your support. If you can offer some constructive advise I would love to hear it. Thanks.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come off condescending. It sounded to me like you had no idea at all.

I will see what I can do, I don't have time right now.

Thanks,
My PC has two Hard drives 1 Sata, 1 IDE, 1 Sata DVD burner,1 IDE burner, I have Vista on my Sata and I wanted to install it to the IDE. I had disabled the Sata hard drive in the BIOS as well as the IDE CD burner. I am getting the waiting for root device when booting the installl dvd not the installed OS. Any suggestions? Is disabling the extra in the BIOS engough? or do I have to open the box and disconnect?
