most powerful

what is the most powerful hardware that i can install leopard os x on it without any problems at all

is the ati radeon hd 4850 a good card?

Ati generally isn't recommended for OS X... nVidia is way more supported.. try looking at the 9800 gtx, or the 8800 gt. I'm not sure about the most powerful. The current OS X drivers only support up to 9xxx cards at the moment..

10.6 support GTX260 GTX280 the same way as 10.5 support 8800GT ,in 10.5.7 works GTX2xx with netkas drivers or EVGA drivers.
