Please advise.

Okay, i'm pretty excited to have successfully installed SL Retail to my system. I have made a bootable USB of chameleon 2 RC5 because everything work for me out of the box so i would like to keep it as vanilla as possible. The problem is that i can only boot SL if i leave AHCI in bios alone but than Win7 won't boot under Chameleon. If i change the bios back to IDE than SL won't boot. So how would i go about this if doing a dual boot? I've seen some tutorial saying that i don't need any hacking on SL if i use easybcd? Please advise. Thank you.

Keep your SATA drives in IDE mode, boot up windows 7 and follow this tutorial:
http://www.ithinkdiff.com/how-to-ena...-installation/
This will enable Windows 7 to recognise your AHCI configuration, so after following that tutorial you can leave your SATA drives in ACHI mode.
