I think it maybe because i'm using Nvinject. Can i ask what graphics driver you're using?

I wonder if Zephyroth's nVIDIA Universal Installer uses nvinject kexts? If it does it would explain why i'm having the same problems as Rogue.

I can't use Zephyroth's nVidia Universal Installer (either version) with my 8600GTS... I have to use "johnniecarcinogen"'s v0 .1 package "10.5.2_NVKexts+.pkg" ( NV8600 kexts v0.1 Installer )

It says he uses NVinject0.2.0 and the 10.5.2 .kexts and OpenGL

It's the only installer that works for me without either a kernel panic, an NVinject error (and NO 8600GTS support) or a lockup... All the other 10.5.2 or Universal nVidia Installers give me problems (even Johnnie's NEW Installer versions!)

Running both 10.5.8 and 10.6.4 on my stinking AMD/ATi machine...
