upgrading motherboard

Keeping the same specs, for the rest of my pc but my board is dieing i get a lot of USB errors and a bunch of other shit that can only be caused by the board.
my question is which board would be the easiest to get osx installed on besides the nivida chipsets and is a decent overclocker?

I'll reply to this as I always do, and sometimes get shot down for saying Gigabyte board with intel chipset and either alc888 or alc889(probably better)
I think just about any of them seem to be an easy osx install at least that's my experience so far.
No problems patching bios, sleep working on most of them as far as I am aware and most seem to be pretty decent overclockers.
eg. GA-EP45-UD3R

I have the Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R and it is working well for me. It may not get you all the way to 3.6GHz but it won't stop you from clocking that bad boy.
