Why can't i flash my bios and install leopard and snow leopard ?

Hi Brothers ,

I have a major proplem and i am stuck without any solutions !
I have hp pavilion elite 9651me desktop , here are some of the main features :
- Intel C2Q 2.66 GHZ Processor
- 4 GB Ram
- 1 GB Nvidia Geforce GT130 ( pcwiz told me it's a rebadged 8800GT so i can find it's kext )
- Asus IPIBL-LB Motherboard with AMI Bios 5.39 ( current bios : original un-modded 5.32 , i downgraded it so the flashing may work but it didn't )

Now according to this tutorial on hackint0sh forums to install leopard on hp pavilion elite desktops the first step is to flash the bios .
