navigate to /system/library/coreservices/loginwindow/contents/resources/"your lenguage" and just replace the folders , log-out and log-in, thatīs all itīs very easy .

roisoft, i did this, but this change only some windows. is there a way to apply a theme or something like that?

lad, for now there are not any tools like ShapeShifter for OSX Tiger to change the theme. you have to rely on what the MacOS Community has to offer in terms of theme customization , i recommend you to check macthemes2.net forums and this work made from a nice italian friend http://www.robertourso.com/?cat=3, the theme is called veritas beta, i think you may have already heard of this
