I have not installed Windows so I cannot confirm but it is known to not cause any issues with windows.

It was very simple and straightforward - took just a floppy disc, the nvflash utility and a new ROM from http://nvinject.free.fr/roms.php and it was done. After that, Darwin shows 512mb and NVinject and the 512mb kext give QE/CI and native res.
