It looks your graphic card is not working, I'm not familiar with ati so I cant be of much help there. Check if there is a kext for it in the dvd. And make sure you have onboard nvidia graphics disabled.
BTW you dont need voodoo kernel with a Core 2 Duo, neither nforceata or nforcethernet kexts.
