If it works just leave it but using voodoo kernel with your CPU doesnt make any sense.
Try removing the nforce ethernet kext, I think that could be the one causing most of the errors and timeouts in that log, MCP73 ethernet works without extra kext though you could have troubles getting dhcp or bonjour to work. Also look into adding UUID.kext, it could help too.
