I wrote already that removal of Ge* & NV* have no impact on boot freeze. But ok, I even delete IONetworkingFamily to be exactly sure that there's nothing rolling on. It just doesn't help. imo - the reason is not there... The following also appears when I quit from -s:

mDNSKeychainGetSecrets error 2301 CFArrayRef 00000000
bla-bla-bla... Mach communication failed (ipc/send)

and complains that helper could not open port are still on.
