I'm using Windows 7 Beta build 7000 now, and I wanted to try the OS X on my rig.
Before going on with my hardware, I have a question; will installing this OS X (which I don't know its fully compatible or not) damage my hardware? I mean if it's the OS, just reformat right? But this is the hardware. Will it damage??

Processor : AMD Phenom X3 8450
RAM :Kingston Value RAM 800MHz DDR2
Motherboard : M3A78-EM using integrated graphics and sound card

Hmm, it's a bit difficult. Your board has the AMD 780G/SB700 chipset which could be a bit problematic. Onboard Audio is ALC1200 which I heard the first time, your internal graphics card is an IGP Radeon HD3200. In the iPC 10.5.6 image is no driver for an Radeon HD32xx cards, so I presume it will not be supported. Is your DVD-Bruner IDE or SATA?

On the first view I would say the board is not supported. But I don't know about newer AMD chipsets, so wait a bit for more replies. Have you already searched in insanelymac?

Erm, I did went and have a quick glance through InsanelyMac.
Also, I don't know the precise specification about my board.
The graphics though is the Raden HD 3200. This 3200 series and 3300 series are only for integrated ones.
To reply your question though, my DVD-ROM is running on SATA.
My board is actually quite an old one if you ask me, or maybe I'm just a greedy guy. Haha.
Nearly forgotten to ask the Sapphire Ultimate HD 3870. Will it run using the OS X?
Because I already got the card which is on the way.

Chances are giving this a try won't damage your hardware, especially if you're observant about any rare issues when installing (i.e. a fan stops running).
That aside, as someone with a 780G/SB700 mobo, I can tell you it's possible to install. You may get lucky and have a burned copy of Kalyway mysteriously load on your mobo (like mine). iPC may support this SB, but I haven't tried it yet. Point is, it may not be the easiest thing in the world (you might have to resort to modifying a distro to add the SB700 kexts), but it can be done and it's not as hard as some chipsets out there.
As for that ALC1200...hmmm...you better get an old Audigy and the kx drivers, because I'm betting that's way too new.
