Try USB keyboard
Retail 10.5.4 --> 10.5.6 thru Software Update

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ @ 3.1GHz; 2*160GB + 80GB HDD (SATA); 2GB RAM; ALC662 Audio; nVidia 6600LE 128MB/128bit; nForce 7050/630a; Munky's EFI bootloader and EFI partition; Andy's 9.6 kernel [Everything working under 10.5.6 except audio input ]
