Dell M1330 iAtkos v7 Kernel Panic

Hi guys. Whenever I try to load the iAtkos v7 disk(so that I can install), I always get a kernel panic. I have tried other distros (iDeneb and iPC) and the same thing happens. I am not sure what I am doing wrong here.

PC Specs:
Dell XPS m1330
2gb DDR2-667
Slot Load DVD Drive
250gb sata Hard Drive
Nvidia GeForce 8400
Intel Core 2 Duo T5750
Sigmatel Sound Card
Ricoh Card Reader
Microphone/Webcam
Dell 1395 Wireless (aka Broadcom 4315)
Broadcom 53xx Lan

I think that's about it. I also attached an image of the error.

You will just be ignored here

But try booting in verbose mode (-v) and see what it does before.
