I definitely need help. IPC installs fine but get kernel Panic on reboot, which can be avoided by holding the power button and not actually rebooting. I can then get into the install once using the -f flag where it runs flawlessly but upon reboot I'm screwed.....

So what your saying it that your machine Kernel Panics only when you "Restart" and not "Shutdown"? If thats the case then I would try installing "OpenhaltRestart.kext" or something that does the same thing. As for the Graphics card I need to know how much memory is has onboard then I can suggest a fix for you.
