Hi Snow, I'm sorry that you made this kind of experiences.
As I mentioned before, some systems work perfectly, and some just don't, there's not a lot one can do about it. My AMD system doesn't need any application patching or idlehalt or whatever, it just works very solid. ;-) Ofcourse I see the point that software updates have to be patched and installed manually, but I can live with that.
However, I see your point as well. I couldn't think about working with an unstable system either!
I hope that OSx86 on an Intel System will be a better experience for you!
