iATKOS v7 ideas?
I just opened a port on my router and it did not kill my connection to download iATKOS v7 Intel and AMD.
Anyway, I am in a multiboot with Windows 7 and Ubuntu 9.10 (Frankly, I could lose Ubuntu; I don't use it.) My partitions look like this:
/dev/sda1: Windows (NTFS)
/dev/sda2: Linux (ext4)
That's it. I can easily resize either to make room for Mac.
Aside from all that, I am just wondering what to do. I booted into the disk fine with flags cpus=1 (I have Pentium Dual Core) and -v for debugging. So it is set, I am just not sure where to go.
Hardware:
AHCI Sata drive
Nvidia Geforce G100
4GB ram
Nvidia nForce Ethernet
Realtek HD audio
Acer mobo
I had iATKOS 5i all ready (except the mouse stopped working randomly -- is this fixed?), got annoyed at the slow graphics and flaky mouse, and reformatted and installed Windows+Linux.
Can someone give me some advice?
