Possibility?

Hey, same system, only with an ATI Radeon 3450 HD, just came in today, using the same exact iAtkos v7 - with some luck so far.

I did notice that you had VoodooHDA installed. I've had this same error, not only in iAtkos, but sometimes in iPC and Kalyway. The retail DVD won't even boot using Boot-132, so I'm left with iAtkos. iAtkos 5i's DVD won't even boot, but v7 does.

Booting parameters: cpus=1 -f -v

It's also of note that I disabled SpeedStep in the BIOS.

The description for VoodooHDA warns that if ACPI is modified, there may be problems with boot - just reboot. I went ahead and unchecked that but installed everything else you did. Guess I just won't have sound, but there are quite a few ALC888 drivers out there to try.

However, I can't seem to get video working either - because there's no driver on iAtkos for the 3450 - but behold - IT BOOTS.
