well technically... yes.

You can use TransMac to access this drive from within windows and also to place it on the hard drive in the first place. You can then manipulate the drive to fix the OS to work with your system.

I do agree with Hara Taiki in that you may not get it running with your system if you aren't able to install it from any of the distros out there for OSx86, but I think you can at least tinker with the flat installed image through Transmac.
