iPC 10.5.6 won't boot

I recently burned a copy of iPC and am having problems booting from the DVD. This is the version i have: iPC OSx86 10.5.6 Universal PPF5 (Final). The Apple screen comes up with the X over it, which I've read means there is a hardware problem. Here are my system specs: Asus A8N5X, AMD 64 X@ 4200+ (Socket 939), 4x512GB Corsair DDR 400, EVGA 7600GT 256MB, an IDE 80GB hard drive, and a lite-on IDE DVD Burner.

Here is the diagnositc babble:

I'm still getting the Apple with the cross over it, and the same diagnostic message, even after patching. It would be great if you could help me out some more. Right now I'm downloading iDeneb 1.4, that's my next step. I don't know of anything that could fix what's wrong, so any help would be appreciated.

Did you read the 'still waiting for root device' sticky at the top of this forum?
http://www.infinitemac.com/f5/possib...-device-t1467/

You need to inject a storage driver into your distribution, or use different hardware.

Yeah, I've looked at the sticky, and I know I have to put a driver in the iso, but I don't know how to do it.

I assume it's a kext file I'm looking for?

And by storage, do you mean a driver for the hard drive?
