I am sure that you should only use 1 AppleSMBIOS or you will get problems.
It might help if you could post what selections you made in customization, plus if you go to the insanelymac forum try the OSx wiki and look for your components.

You should post more detailed info like options chosen in the distro you use, and the output of the verbose boot log for anyone be able to help you.
Adding a foreign kext to the distro wont be of much help if you dont know if that kext has support for the controller's device id you have. Have you tried to switch the SB700 into AHCI mode?

I did everything as written in readme file. like switching the SB700 into AHCI Mode. and also it didn't worked for me... so i did was i added up just a kext extensions.mkext into the ISO and i ran into Installation after successful installation also it didn't boot to Mac.. showing some error and instant restarts tried some boot flags and went into Mac Logo loading and stucked their...

So i guess if their is any solutions for this.. so then i could verify and check again?

I'm not sure what you did, I think you are complicating things without need, AHCI mode should need no extra kext and no extra options at all, if are you installing from SATA to SATA, are you using a PATA DVD or HD? If thats so the thing changes...
I would advise you to try a clean install with no modifications, choose as less options as posible (i.e. you dont need graphics or sound, but you would need a Voodoo kernel or PS/2 if you use that kind of mouse...), and always boot in verbose mode (-v, not v-) so you can report the output instead of just "grey apple logo" or "some error".

Man i did everything you said... like i did Normal ISO without any Modifications.. and also i am not using a PATA DVD because i'm using is a SATA DVD Writer... so i guess my things are okay... And Yes i do have the supported Audio/Lan Drivers in the ISO. so that means my pc supports.. and i have Nvidia Geforce Mac Drivers and also Keyboard & Mouse Mac Drivers...

if i enter with boot flag " -v " then it shows a gray apple logo then restarts within seconds
if i enter with boot flag " busratio=20 cpus=1 fsb=133 config=live.plist " (with the kext) then it loads to installation success and then No First welcome logo nor no boot to mac..

Without the kext nothing loads into Installation part or to gray apple logo part..

I have the same mobo. I also tried all the latest distros but couldn't get it going.
Any luck with yours?

UPDATE:
I was able to install ideneb 1.5.8 lite..
Got lucky all necessary kexts are included in the distrio
bios is set to ahci.
ideneb customization:
went with the default selections
and added 9.8.0 qoopz , mouselagfix ,AppleAzaliaAudio , ApplaAtiATA, Realtec8169/RTL8111 , NVKUSH for video.

Everything seems to work fine so far, but more testing needed...

hope it helps someone....
