I just notice a new Safari 3.1 at Apple's site, Is it safe to update to the latest version without any pathes? Or do we need some CPU ID patch ?

And what about Security Update 2008 Feb (h**p://www.apple.com/support/downloads/securityupdate2008002v10universal.html) ?
