I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this problem. I have just injected AppleOnboardPATA.kext for my sb600 chipset and now this picture is what I get every time it loads. It happens very quickly after boot from dvd so no chance to get to single user mode to remove anything. I appreciate any help. Thanks

If there are no drives found to include the PATA drive for your DVD drive you will get this error. The kext you injected most likely is not working as intended.

Bummer, so removing AppleOnboardPATA.kext should solve my problem?

By the way, this kext is supposed to be for my harddrive. As far as I know my laptop DVD drive is IDE. It's a Toshiba Satellite A215.
