yay i figured it out using Unison from www.panic.com same people that make Candybar, best of all its Free!
Current Rigs:

Looks like my news server is up to part 28, but I still can't find a newsreader that'll do yEnc and stay connected to my server...
Running both 10.5.8 and 10.6.4 on my stinking AMD/ATi machine...
